RATE: $25-$30
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00-4:30 Fri 7:00-11:00

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Associate in Procurement will be assisting in developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. The incumbent will also be responsible for interplant transfer of materials between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own material handling through entire value-stream
- Assist with interplant transfers of material
- Make shipping arrangements daily for both parcel and freight
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Manage receiving area, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming goods
- Help promote and maintain inventory accuracy
- Daily, weekly, monthly cycle counts as well as physical job kitting
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field (Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, etc..)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good at problem-solving
- Self-starting individual
- Any experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis, etc..)
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
