Lite Coms products are typically covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment, though the exact warranty period may vary by product.

During the warranty period, Lite Coms will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Repairs are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes — extended warranties are available for purchase.
To maintain coverage, the extended warranty must be purchased before the current warranty expires. If coverage lapses, the unit must be returned for testing before a new warranty can be applied.

Who is responsible for shipping?

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Lite Coms, including customs, taxes, and insurance

  • Lite Coms covers return shipping back to the customer using the same method received

How do I return a product for warranty service?

All returns must have a valid RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued by Lite Coms and clearly marked on the packaging.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers

  • Damage during shipping or from external events (e.g., weather, lightning, wartime conditions)

  • Labor for removal, reinstallation, or on-site diagnostics

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Cases where no fault is found (evaluation fees may apply)
