Security Clearance & Employment Requirements

Certain roles at Lite Coms support U.S. government and defense-related programs and may require employees to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance and successfully complete a federal drug screening.

Eligibility for a security clearance typically requires proof of U.S. citizenship and the successful completion of a government background investigation. Applicants must be able to meet these requirements if assigned to a role supporting these programs.
